“My husband Ryan and I could not have asked for a better realtor to work with! We are pretty new to Texas and right off the bat, Ashley took time to go through the real estate process with us. It is quite different from what we are used to in the Northeast, so her patience and clarity of the process and expectations of both the seller and buyer were paramount. She was able to meet us at times that worked around our schedules and was willing to take on an online seller's agent which (now that we closed on our house) we realize was not for the faint of heart. Both Ashley and Emily kept us in the loop throughout the purchase and were available to answer any and all questions we had. Ashley was also able to accurately identify an offer price for the house based on her knowledge of the area, which allowed us to purchase the house below asking price. Purchasing our home was smooth sailing until the last few days of the closing. There was a clear lack of communication between the seller's agent and her clients from the time of the scheduled walk-through to the closing. While my husband and I were extremely stressed about the situation that was arising, Ashley worked tirelessly contacting the seller's agent, her manager, and contacting the sellers themselves to ensure that we were able to close on time. Ryan and I cannot say enough about our amazing experience working with Ashley, and we will be recommending her and Realty Austin to friends and family looking to buy in the area.”
